Returns and refunds are granted only for wrong or defective items which shall be non-damaged (if returning for wrong item) and unused. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Please inspect your order upon receiving to check for defects, damages or if you received a wrong item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (unsealed and unwrapped is okay, as long as the product remains intact (if non-damaged).
 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The corresponding delivery fees are to be reimbursed by Serrine.
